Frank AI is built on top of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft OpenAI Azure. Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service is hosted entirely within Microsoft’s Azure cloud, benefiting from all of Microsoft Azure’s certifications. These include ISO/IEC 27001, IEC/ISO 27017, SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, SOC3, and GDPR compliance. We offer end-to-end encryption for all data, both at rest and in transit.
Independent, auditable, and ISO-aligned
We subject FrankAI to regular external independent security reviews including comprehensive penetration testing. Comprehensive audit logs track all access to your proprietary information. Frank AI is currently undertaking ISO 27001 compliance.
