Material Exchange is on a mission to transform apparel and footwear sourcing as we build the best fashion sourcing team in the industry alongside our innovative Digital Sourcing Platform (DSP). To do this, we need driven, intelligent people from all walks of life who can work together to overcome challenges and create significant change for both the fashion industry and for the planet. Our team
We’re a global team of 70+ digitization experts focused on footwear and apparel with backgrounds in sustainability, material sourcing, and more. Our team is growing and currently spread across seven countries: Sweden, USA, Serbia, Armenia, India, China, and the UK, plus additional remote locations.
